A triangular pizza slice with a golden crust at the top, melted yellow cheese, four round pepperoni slices and a few green basil leaves, outlined in rust. The crust has light brown toasted spots. It fits on a 21x21 grid, so you can still fit a smaller design on the rest of a large board. A veggie version swaps the pepperoni for green peppers. Pizza slices make fun magnets, coasters and party favours.

Variations
Veggie slice
Green pepper rings instead of pepperoni and red tomato pieces instead of basil.
Pizza Slice – Veggie slice – 21×21, 6 colors, 236 beads. Each symbol marks one bead; bold lines every 5 pegs.
The pepperoni are small rounds of five to twelve beads. Place them first so they stay round, then fill the cheese around them.
The tip of the slice is a single bead. Iron it a bit longer or round it off by leaving out the last row.
Make a whole pizza: six slices placed point to point form a round pizza for a fun group project.
Use a slightly darker yellow for the cheese if you plan to put the slice on a white background.
The crust has four toasted spots in light brown. Space them evenly across the row so the crust looks baked rather than patchy.
The basil leaves are single dark green beads. Swap them for black beads to make olives, or leave them out for a simple pepperoni slice.
