This gingerbread man looks just like a freshly decorated cookie: a warm light brown body with a dark cocoa outline, white icing zigzags on the wrists and ankles, a white icing smile, pink cheeks and three red buttons. The arms and legs are wide enough to stay sturdy after ironing, and the whole figure fits on one 29x29 board. With a few more colour changes and the separated legs it is a little more detailed than the tree or snowman, so it is rated medium.
Not yet test-fused. This is an original pattern designed on screen; it has not been ironed and photographed yet. Perler is the palette the pattern was drawn in. Hama and Artkal codes are automatic nearest-colour matches (CIEDE2000), not official conversions.

Pastel icing
Pink icing and green buttons for a candy-shop look. Works well next to the original as a pair of cookies.

Fill the dark outline around the arms first; the wide arms are easy to misalign by one column.
The gap between the legs is only one peg wide. Make sure no stray bead ends up there, or the legs will fuse together.
Iron the head and the arms carefully: these are the widest areas and can curl up while cooling. Put a heavy book on top while it cools.
Make a whole cookie tray by repeating the pattern with different icing colours and button colours.
Use the face as your reference point: count from the eyes when you place the icing smile, so it ends up centred.
