A classic Santa hat with a floppy tip that bends over to the right and ends in a white pompom, sitting on a thick white fur brim. It uses only two colours, red and white, and fits in a 17x17 area, leaving room on a 29x29 board for a small extra such as a star or gift tag. It is one of the quickest designs in the Christmas set and a good first project for younger beaders, or a fast batch of gift tags and tree ornaments for a class.
Not yet test-fused. This is an original pattern designed on screen; it has not been ironed and photographed yet. Perler is the palette the pattern was drawn in. Hama and Artkal codes are automatic nearest-colour matches (CIEDE2000), not official conversions.

Variations
Green hat
Dark green instead of red, for a matching pair with the red hat or for a green-and-white table theme.

The gap between the bent tip and the crown is part of the shape. Leave those pegs empty; filling them turns the hat into a plain cone.
The white brim is four rows deep. Lay it first along a straight row of pegs so the hat sits level, then build the red part upwards.
Use the single empty peg between the pompom and the crown as a hanging hole after ironing; it is already in the right place.
For place cards, write a name on the white brim with a fine permanent marker once the beads have cooled.
